MEDICAL OXYGEN GENERATOR :
Medical Oxygen Generators produce gaseous oxygen from compressed air on site and offer a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative to traditional oxygen gas supplies such as cylinders or cryogenic liquid.
OXYNITROTECH s Medical Oxygen Generators are available in several standard models with a capacity ranging from 0.4 to 150 m3 / hour at 93-95% purity. The design is made for round the clock 24/7 operation. Each oxygen generator is equipped with an automatic start & stop function, enabling the generator to adapt according to the current consumption. As standard, our medical oxygen generators are equipped with purity control, audio / visual alarms and an UPS (uninterrupted power supply) modul.
An Oxygen Generator from Oxynitrotech, as per European Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical Device. Therefore, our medical oxygen generators are used at hospitals around the world with an unsurpassed reliability. Along with the medical oxygen generator, we also supply the entire system for a complete solution. If you need an oxygen generator and filling station to fill high pressure cylinders, we can offer our Oxygen Filling Station. Several models of which are available. Details can be found at the following
No space inside a hospital building?
We can supply you with a containerized unit, which can be installed outside near to where you need oxygen. We manufacture our containerized units in-house, meaning we are responsible for every single step taken when building the system. Whether you want a basic Medical Oxygen Generating System or a more sophisticated unit, we can design and manufacture it according to your requirements and needs.
Technology
Pressure Swing Adsorbtion (PSA) is the most commonly used non-cryogenic oxygen production process; It is the most effective production method for small to medium capacities. The process works by using two columns filled with an adsorbent material, a molecular sieve called Zeolite. Pre-treated compressed air enters the first column and flows up through the Zeolite. Nitrogen and other trace gases are trapped in the Zeolite, whilst oxygen flows through unimpeded. When the Zeolite in the active column is saturated with nitrogen, the air flow is re-directed to the second column. The first column then depressurizes. Nitrogen is purged out of the Zeolite to the atmosphere, allowing the Zeolite to completely regenerate, waiting for the second column to become fully staturated. The process is repeated continuously; when one column is pressurizing, the other regenerates/de-pressurizes and at the end of each cycle they switch roles. This allows the generator to produce a constant flow of purified oxygen.

Containerized oxygen production plant
Oxynitrotech” containerized oxygen production plant
is an oxygen generating system which is built in ISO container. The oxygen is produced from compressed air by pressure swing adsorbtion (PSA) technology. This technology separates oxygen from other gases in the air under pressure. The compressed air system as well as the oxygen separation system is integrated in the container and represent a compact solution for those who do not have a space for an oxygen generating system within their building or need oxygen production plant in severe conditions.
Oxywise produces theirs containerized plants, as the one only manufacturer of containerized solutions for oxygen generation, IN-HOUSE. This means, we control every step of our production and therefore make sure everything is done under our standards.
Features of the containerized plant
Transportable (pass for fork-lift and bolt-on ISO corners) Turnkey,
Plug&play solution,
Designed for outdoors – the container is an excellent protection against rain and sun,
Automatic start and stop operation,Standard outlet pressure 4 barG; higher pressure available on requestThe unit can be equipped with surveillance system and audio / visual alarm as an option.

- Automatic – filling stops when charging is complete
- Integrated O2 analyzer with alarm function
- Robust design, piping from Stainless Steel (AISI316)
- Pigtail connection according to customer’s request
The Process
Pre-treated compressed air enters the active column of the generator and follows up through the molecular sieve. The undesirable gases are being adsorbed while the oxygen passes through to buffer tank. When the pressure is released the molecular sieve completely regenerates and the adsorbed gases are led to exhaust. Oxygen from buffer tank is boosted at high pressure to the filling ramp and cylinders are filled.
